Strengths Anitra brings to the board: Anitra brings a strong commitment to servant leadership, active involvement, and mission-driven decision-making. She believes that meaningful change comes from investing time and effort into the organizations and communities of which one is a part, rather than simply observing from a distance. With a willingness to identify needs and help develop solutions, she offers a thoughtful, collaborative approach to leadership and a deep desire to see others thrive. Her desire to serve on the CCS School Board stems from a passion for supporting the school’s mission, deepening her understanding of its purpose and values, and helping strengthen the foundation and vision that continue to positively impact students and families. Anitra is dedicated to ensuring that Cincinnati Christian Schools remains a Christ-centered community that equips students for lifelong growth, learning, and service. Through every season of life, she remains committed to leading with faith, creativity, compassion, and purpose, bringing those qualities to her service on the board and to the broader CCS community.
