Strengths Bethany brings to the board: As a Nurse Manager, she provides strong leadership in fast-paced environments and is passionate about servant leadership, education, and developing high-performing teams. Her leadership and administrative experience, including a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella University, provides valuable perspective as the board supports CCS’s continued growth and success.

Bethany’s desire to serve on the board comes from her family’s personal experience with the impact Cincinnati Christian Schools has had on their daughter. Grateful for the way CCS has invested in their family, she sees board service as an opportunity to give back to a community that has made a lasting difference in their lives. She is passionate about using the gifts and experiences God has given her to serve others, strengthen the school community, and help create opportunities for future generations to flourish.

As a parent and advocate for Christian education, Bethany is deeply committed to CCS’s mission of academic excellence, biblical truth, and developing students who know and love Christ. She is passionate about investing in the next generation and supporting a school that partners with families to help students grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Through her servant leadership and commitment to the Christ-centered vision of CCS, Bethany is honored to help strengthen the school and contribute to its continued success.

Personal testimony: Bethany accepted Christ as her Savior the summer before third grade while attending Vacation Bible School. She was blessed to grow up in a Christian home where faith was a central part of her family’s life. With an uncle who served as a pastor, she was raised in the church and developed a strong biblical foundation from an early age. As she grew older, she became heavily involved in her youth group, where her faith continued to deepen through discipleship, worship, and serving alongside other believers.

While Bethany’s faith journey has grown and matured over the years, one thing has remained constant: her desire to trust God and follow His plan for her life. Through every season, she has experienced His faithfulness in providing wisdom, strength, and guidance, both personally and professionally.

Today, Bethany’s relationship with Christ is the foundation of everything she does. It shapes how she leads, serves others, and strives to love her family and community. Her prayer is that her life reflects God’s grace and that she can use the gifts He has given her to serve others with humility and compassion. She considers it a privilege to serve the Cincinnati Christian Schools community and support a mission that points students to Christ while preparing them for the future.
