Christ-Centered Education Cincinnati Christian Schools is living out its purpose everyday by providing an extraordinary learning environment in partnership with our Christian families; teaching and encouraging our students to serve Christ in all they do in order to impact their culture in which they live.
Preparing students for future success Our balanced and thorough academic program lays the groundwork for outstanding achievement in college, career, and beyond. More than that, our students discover their purpose as creative thinkers and servant-leaders within the world. CSS students become informed and transformed.
The Right Choice We believe your child is the most important gift you’ll ever receive, and their education, the most important gift you’ll ever give. We invite you to consider CCS as your partner in that endeavor.
Developing well-rounded student-athletes The mission of Cincinnati Christian Schools' Athletic program is to enrinch the spiritual lives, develop the social and moral character, and enhance the physical skills of our students by means of a competitive athletic program, administered in a loving and caring Christian environment.
Fine Arts Our Fine Arts program is designed to provide students with a broad exposure to the visual and performing arts and develop skills necessary to not only pursue further training in the Arts but to use them to minister to others.
Helping you in your journey CCS is dedicated to growing our students’ love for Christ by teaching and reinforcing Christ’s example to “live out” our faith.
Husband: John
Children: Cameron (CCS ’20) & Corey (CCS ’23)
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, University of Cincinnati
Profession: Senior Account Representative at Billerud North America
Strengths Janine brings to the board: Janine’s 20-year professional career as an account representative requires that she be a purposeful listener, gather data, and discern when she is to be the problem solver or simply the listener. These abilities, along with bringing forth a diverse perspective, guide her in working with our administrators, teachers, and families to provide the best for our CCS community. They also enhance the CCS mission of impacting our culture for Christ, as believers coming together for the common goal of ensuring the future of our school and to be a light in our community and world.
Janine and her husband John have been involved with the youth of CCS through extra-curricular groups (coaching basketball; team parent; volunteering) since 2007 when their eldest child entered kindergarten. They know that exposing children to Christlike behavior is essential in producing Christ-centered adults who have a great impact in our community and in our world.
In Janine’s spare time she likes to take walks, attend women’s Bible studies, read, and spend time with her family.
Personal testimony: I was raised in the church since I was a child, so I always knew about the goodness of God and that Jesus had died for my sins. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” My parents made that verse come alive in our home by living their lives for Christ.
Though I was baptized as a baby, I did not become a true believer until early 2000 and was baptized as an adult then. My savior continues to take my hand and guides me daily, and I am so grateful and happy for that.
